Once a forgotten face in a broken system, Ocean Blue rebuilt herself into someone unforgettable. Shedding her foster care past, Ocean worked hard to become a respected member in the STEM industry. Though her past as a foster kid is long behind her, Ocean hasn’t forgotten where she came from.

While years have passed since she aged out of the system, Ocean carries the weight of those left behind. With foster children still falling through the cracks and too few champions in their corner, she is driven to act by going outside of the law. By day, she commands respect in her lab, but night after night, she becomes an avenger for the voiceless, bringing their abusers to a permanent end.

With each kill, she hones her skill of leaving no trace. The separation between her two lives seems safe until hacker and true crime podcaster, Taj Harris, begins sniffing around. Piecing together the truth of Ocean’s double life, Taj offers to help Ocean in her pursuit of justice. Could Taj entering Ocean’s world be the key to perfecting her mission or her ultimate undoing?
